We pride ourselves in excellent, friendly customer service. We offer free giftwrapping to all customers on any purchase you make, free jewelry cleaning services on the spot, gift advice for any occasion, estimates on repairs, and a friendly staff to interact with.
On in-store returns, you must have a receipt available for all returns. All returns must be within 30 days to recieve cash/credit back. Store credits only are given after 30 days. Also, there are no returns on clearance items, seasonal items, and special orders or monograms.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
We offer typed appraisals on any of your jewelry purchases from us free of charge. If you need an appraisal on any other jewelry, the charge is $40.00 for all typed appraisals for insurance purposes.
If you need an estimate on any jewelry that you may have, bring it in to one of our locations and the jeweler will give you an educated estimate on what the value of each piece of jewelry may be.
We do not offer insurance on any of our purchases. You can obtain insurance by going through your homeowner's policy.
We offer repair services for almost any jewelry that you bring in. When you bring in a piece of jewelry for repair, we will give you an educated estimate on the price to repair each piece of jewelry. We will also clean your jewelry as a complimentary service to you.
We have a master jeweler on hand to create any custom work that you may have. You can come in and talk to one of our expert jewelers on designing an engagement ring, making a band to fit any ring, or any alterations needed to any jewelry. Our jewelers are there to offer any advice that you may need.

We offer 90-day layaways for any of our purchases over $25.00. The required down payment is 20% of the total purchase. Statements are sent out each month to remind you of your balance.
Returns on layaways that are between 31 and 90 days will incur a 20% restocking fee. We do not offer returns on layaway merchandise returned after 90 days.
